Job summary

CellaVision is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver world-class support for its laboratory diagnostics instruments and software. You will resolve complex hardware and software issues, run training sessions, and assist with product implementation across markets.

The role requires travel, including Europe and occasional international assignments, and close collaboration with R&D, Quality, and commercial teams to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or other technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated hardware/software systems in technical environments.
• Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Experience delivering technical training or customer support.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site at customer locations.
• Replicate and investigate customer-reported issues to identify root causes and solutions.
• Install instruments and software, perform preventive maintenance, and carry out repairs.
• Provide technical support and expertise to customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Build relationships with distributors' service organizations and support their development.
• Design and conduct technical training sessions remotely and on-site.
• Participate in customer seminars and workshops.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Quality, and others to improve support processes.
• Contribute to service documentation and training materials.
