Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, or related field, required.
- 2–3 years in health care/biomedical/medical devices experience is preferred.
- Strong foundation in troubleshooting instruments and systems (hardware, firmware, software, configuration).
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support via phone, email, and web for instrument hardware, software, and connectivity.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, performing structured root cause analysis.
- Conduct advanced data analysis and systematic troubleshooting across instrument components and workflows.
- Support remote and on-site visits to troubleshoot complex issues and restore system uptime.
- Mentor colleagues, share knowledge resources, and contribute to training on instruments and systems.
