Triplett Corporation seeks a highly versatile Technical Support Specialist to bridge customers with our broad product catalog. This full-time, in-office role provides front-line support for pre-sale consultations and post-sale troubleshooting.

You will draft and improve technical content, respond to inquiries, guide customers on product selection, and diagnose hardware, software, and field issues in a hands-on environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or hands-on certification in a technical field.
• 2–5+ years in technical support, field service, applications engineering, or a systems technician role.
• Ability to learn across electrical, mechanical, optical, and environmental measurement applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Experience creating or editing technical documentation, user guides, or knowledge-base content.

Aufgaben

• Provide front-line technical support for pre-sale consultations and post-sale troubleshooting via phone, email, and web tickets.
• Draft, review, and improve manuals, datasheets, FAQs, application notes, and other technical content.
• Work with customers to understand application, requirements, and environment to identify the right Triplett product.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and field issues; replicate environments to identify root causes.
