Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in a hybrid environment. You will work with top brands and data providers to resolve technical challenges, delivering outstanding service and practical solutions.

You will engage with customers via video, chat, and email, manage complex troubleshooting, and collaborate with global teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in advertising technology, marketing services or software technology in a customer support or delivery services role.
• Experience diagnosing technical issues and performing complex system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Become a member of our Technical Support team and solve technical challenges while leveraging your soft skills to delight clients.
• Manage a ticket queue to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for client satisfaction and company growth.
• Collaborate with LiveRamp’s Global Customer Support team while providing technical support to well-known brands, advertisers, agencies, financial institutions, and data providers.
• Contribute towards building a great company.
