Job summary

LiveRamp, based in San Francisco, is hiring for a client-facing data science/engineering role within Global Services. You will collaborate with major clients to deliver custom data solutions, build robust data pipelines, and advise on optimal architectures using LiveRamp products.

The role requires strong SQL/Python skills, a cloud/Big Data mindset, and excellent communication. You will work across engineering, product, and client teams, manage multiple implementations, and contribute to a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or other quantitative fields.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferably in data science or adtech/advertising technology.
• 2 years of relevant experience building robust and QA-ready pipelines.
• Fluent in SQL, Python or another programming language for analytic and automation purposes.
• Strong presentation skills including confident presence over the phone, Zoom and in person.
• Quick to learn and help communicate technical concepts to clients.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Technical Expert in Training with knowledge of Big Data processes, GCP, Automation or a strong desire to learn them.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and the Global Services team to understand client goals and deliver results.
• Work with large clients across LiveRamp products to deliver custom solutions via white-glove services.
• Advise clients on the best solutions, even if not initially requested.
• Apply analytical problem-solving to client needs and troubleshooting.
• Serve as primary services interface for large clients and partners.
• Drive client discovery sessions to understand requirements and leverage LiveRamp platforms.
• Manage multiple deployments as individual projects within a defined process.
• Learn and explain technical topics to clients and colleagues.
• Communicate clearly and collaboratively with business, engineering and product teams.
