Job summary

LiveRamp seeks a Technical Enablement Specialist to design and deliver scalable training for the CX team and customers. You will translate complex product concepts into clear materials and run engaging sessions, virtually and in person.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SaaS customer support, 2+ years at LiveRamp, strong Ad Tech knowledge, and outstanding writing and presentation skills. You’ll build a living knowledge base and help ramp new hires with effective learning programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of LiveRamp experience.
• Excellent understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem and how LiveRamp’s products fit within it.
• Excellent understanding of how LiveRamp’s products work technically,
• Insatiable appetite for learning complex technology.
• Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse, live audiences (senior leaders, technical and non-technical people, individual contributors, etc)
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, or other subject matter experts to gather detailed information about complex products.
• Experience in technical writing of training or documentation.
• Experience in training or mentoring new team members.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Capable of balancing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills, even under shifting deadlines.
• Takes initiative in situations with high ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Learn to develop a deep understanding of LiveRamp products.
• Create clear training materials from meetings, product documentation, previous training, and other resources.
• Organize training content into courses, modules, and sections in a logical flow with narratives and visuals.
• Own one or more product areas, collaborating with the product core team.
• Deliver interactive sessions virtually and in person to large numbers of students.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to oversee slides and e-learning materials.
• Identify training needs for internal and external users.
• Ramp up on a product through the Alpha phase with Product Team.
• Lead technical implementation for products in Limited Availability phase.
• Assist CX teams as first contact for technical issues and escalations.
• Provide feedback to product based on customer escalations.
• Document learnings and fill gaps in the internal KB.
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging training.
• Ensure material is consistent, brand-appropriate, and digestible.
• Gather feedback from trainees and update content accordingly.
• Create and maintain internal processes and checklists for ramping up new team members.
