Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Technical Enablement Specialist to design scalable learning for both CX team members and customers in Seattle. You will master LiveRamp products, craft accessible training content, and organize it into logical courses and modules with engaging narratives and visuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of LiveRamp experience
• Excellent understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem and how LiveRamp’s products fit within it.
• Excellent understanding of how LiveRamp’s products work technically
• Insatiable appetite for learning complex technology.
• Able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Learn voraciously to develop a deep understanding of the LiveRamp products.
• Create clear, engaging, and accessible training materials by gathering content from meetings, product documentation, previous training, and other resources.
• Organize training content into courses, modules, and sections in a logical flow for learners, using narratives, examples, and visuals.
• Own areas of our products, collaborating with the product core team to gather inputs for effective training.
• Deliver interactive sessions virtually and in person to large numbers of learners with strong classroom management.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to oversee slides and e-learning materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Identify training needs for internal and external users in collaboration with CX teams.
• Ramp up on a product through the Alpha phase with the Product Team.
• Lead technical implementation for products in the Limited Availability phase.
• Serve as a first point of contact for CX teams on technical issues and escalations.
• Provide feedback to product based on customer escalations.
• Document learnings and fill gaps in the internal KB.
• Apply adult learning concepts like active learning and spaced repetition.
• Ensure material is brand-appropriate and easily digestible across training materials.
• Gather feedback from trainees and update content accordingly.
• Create and maintain internal processes to onboard new team members.
