Job summary

LiveRamp’s Post‑Sales and Customer Experience team seeks a Technical Enablement Specialist to design scalable training for CX teams and customers. You will learn LiveRamp products, build courses, and deliver engaging sessions both virtually and in person, collaborating with product, engineering, and offshore teams to ensure high‑quality content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of LiveRamp experience.
• Excellent understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem and how LiveRamp’s products fit within it.
• Strong technical understanding of how LiveRamp’s products work.
• Experience creating training or instructional content for technical topics.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

Responsibilities

• Learn products deeply and develop training content.
• Create engaging, accessible training materials from various sources.
• Organize content into courses and modules with clear flow.
• Lead interactive sessions virtually and in person for large audiences.
• Collaborate with product and offshore teams to produce slides and e‑learning materials.
• Identify training needs for internal and external users.
• Ramp up on products through Alpha phase and lead Limited Availability programs.
• Document learnings in internal KB and gather feedback for improvements.
