LiveRamp is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a hybrid team across San Francisco, New York City, Seattle or Little Rock. You will resolve technical issues, guide customers, and collaborate with the Global Customer Support team.

We expect 2+ years in advertising technology or SaaS support, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and comfort with SQL queries. The role offers a base salary of $75,000 to $109,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in advertising technology or SaaS support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience diagnosing technical issues and complex system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a ticket queue to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to enable client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with LiveRamp’s Global Customer Support team to support major brands and data providers.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base for internal and external stakeholders.
