Responsibilities

• Resolve customer-reported issues via phone, email, and on-site engagements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Keysight software and cloud-native environments with root-cause analysis.
• Ensure interoperability across Keysight solutions and preemptively address integration issues.
• Coordinate with support, engineering, product management, and sales to resolve complex problems.
• Validate performance and confirm issue resolution against expected behavior.
• Develop documentation, guides, and knowledge bases to enable self-service.
