Job summary

You will own cases end-to-end, reproduce failures, identify root causes, and communicate findings to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise web applications in production.
• Strong troubleshooting across application, container, database, and cloud layers.
• Familiar with Kubernetes/OpenShift and modern CI/CD tooling.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex production issues and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned customer support cases from intake through resolution with SLA adherence.
• Analyze logs, configurations, and system behavior to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes/OpenShift resources and cloud integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to drive issue resolution.
