LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Support Engineer to provide advanced troubleshooting for production issues across Java web apps, container platforms, and databases. You’ll analyze logs, configure environments, and reproduce failures to determine root causes while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure SLA commitments.

The role requires strong Kubernetes/OpenShift experience, Linux/Windows diagnostics, REST APIs, and cloud familiarity.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting enterprise web applications, preferably Java-based, in production.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows environments, command-line diagnostics, deployment configuration.
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST, sessions, cookies, headers, and performance.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, containers, storage, networking, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS/GCP, load balancers, DNS, security groups, and object storage.
• Experience with SQL and Oracle/MSSQL databases, schemas, joins, keys, and indexes.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, messaging and caching technologies, and data flows.
• Familiarity with SSO, SAML, OAuth, certificates, TLS handshakes, and identity integrations.
• Scripting languages such as Bash/PowerShell/Python and data formats like JSON/XML/YAML.
• Experience in regulated financial services or financial crime compliance is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned customer support cases from intake through resolution, logging, prioritization, and SLA adherence.
• Analyze logs, configuration, data feeds, and environment behavior to reproduce issues.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes and OpenShift resources, including pods, deployments, networking, and storage.
• Diagnose issues spanning Java apps, REST APIs, databases, messaging, authentication, and cloud infrastructure.
• Determine root causes via evidence-based analysis and communicate findings clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
