Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking a Technical Support Analyst I to provide product support for service parts across divisions and product lines. The role collaborates with product management, engineering, and customer service at the business unit, interfacing with production, sales, and customers, and operates under a hybrid schedule with in-office Mon-Thu and remote on Fridays at designated U.S.

locations.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in application engineering, customer service or engineering functions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service parts are set up per product strategy and sales guidance.
• Maintain the service parts master database and identify required documentation for each part.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing and customer service to create product documentation and self-service tools.
• Provide technical input to engineering and production to optimize service installation processes.
• Support Product Management and Customer Service with item data maintenance or corrections.
• Assist with new item setups during NPD and product transitions.
