Rheem Manufacturing Company seeks a Technical Support Representative III to provide frontline technical and customer support for Water Heating products. You will assist internal and external customers with operation, installation guidance, troubleshooting and warranty inquiries, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This position supports Rheem North America at a main office with a hybrid schedule; on-site 2-4 days per week at locations including Pine Brook, NJ.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment.
• Experience in a customer service focused role; call center experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical instructions and product documentation.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and apply technical information to customer situations.
• Basic ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide guidance to internal and external customers on operation, maintenance, installation guidance, and parts identification.
• Offer detailed technical guidance including fault finding, installation recommendations, repair guidance.
• Track product failure trends based on customer feedback and notify management as needed.
• Document support activities via the ticket system and ensure inquiries are logged and closed timely.
• Notify manager of issues involving critical customers or product field failures.
• Assist customers to resolve issues promptly to ensure positive experience.
• Develop, modify and update service manuals and parts lists.
• Provide training to colleagues as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as required.
