Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company in the United States seeks a Technical Support Analyst I to provide product support for service parts across divisions. This hybrid role works with product management, engineering and customer service, supporting Rheem North America from multiple U.S.

locations including Randleman, NC. You will help maintain the service parts master, create documentation, and collaborate to design customer self-service tools, while assisting sales and customers with technical

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
3+ years of experience in application engineering, customer service or engineering functions.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Proficient with MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work well in a matrix team environment.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain service parts master database according to product management and sales strategy.
Upload, edit, and maintain documentation for each part.
Collaborate with engineering, marketing and customer service to create product documentation and self-service tools.
Provide input to engineering and production to optimize service installation and part design.
Support product management and customer service with data maintenance and corrections.
Assist with new item setups during NPD and product transitions.
