Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company seeks a Technical Support Analyst I to provide product support for service parts across product platforms. This role collaborates with product management, engineering, and customer service, with exposure to production and sales within Rheem North America.

The position operates in a hybrid setting, in-office Monday-Thursday and remote on Fridays. The candidate will assist with data maintenance, documentation, and cross-functional projects, ensuring effective service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application engineering, customer service or engineering functions.
• Basic knowledge of industry related systems and their operation.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assure all service parts are set up according to product management & sales strategy per product platform.
• Maintain the service parts master database and identify required documentation for each part.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing and customer service to create product documentation and other support materials.
• Provide input to engineering and production to optimize the service installation process and opportunities.
• Support product management and customer service with data maintenance or corrections.
• Support new item setups during the NPD process and product transitions.
• Assist Marketing Manager with additional projects as assigned.
• Provide technical assistance regarding all product lines.
• Provide service parts application engineering / technical product support to customers, contractors, sales teams, on escalation basis.
