Job summary

Garda Capital Partners seeks a Technical Support Analyst based in New York to provide end-user and desktop support for the NY office, covering Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and M365. You will coordinate with the MSP, manage tickets, and support security and infrastructure initiatives across teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support in fast-paced environments, strong troubleshooting, and experience with Intune/SCCM, Active Directory, and security tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or desktop engineering, ideally in financial services or a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows/macOS, iOS, Microsoft 365, networking, printing, and hardware.
• Understanding of Active Directory, network architecture, Windows infrastructure, Linux, and security fundamentals.
• Experience supporting executives or trading floor environments.
• Strong communication skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Ability to lift and install IT equipment.
• Experience with endpoint tools (e.g., Intune or SCCM).
• Exposure to security tools (e.g., EDR/MDR, SIEM, Netskope, Microsoft Defender, Arctic Wolf).

Responsibilities

• End-User & Desktop Support: serve as primary IT support for Garda’s New York office, covering Windows, macOS, mobile devices, M365, networking, printing, and AV/VC systems.
• Liaison & MSP Coordination: on-site contact for MSP, triaging tickets, escalations, SLAs, and coordinating resolution across teams.
• Security Support: assist with vulnerability remediation, patching, configuration hardening, MFA, certificates, and access reviews.
• Infrastructure & Projects: collaborate with infra, DevOps, and cloud teams on endpoint, identity, and network initiatives (Intune).
