Job summary

Aloha in McKinney, TX is seeking a Technical Success Manager to serve as the technical expert for assigned customers, proactively identifying risk and opportunities to improve product health and value.

You will own technical customer success, monitor health, support launch and adoption, collaborate across teams to resolve issues, and build strong customer relationships while benefiting from on-site perks and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Own Technical Customer Success for assigned accounts, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring long-term solutions.
Monitor Customer Health by proactively identifying risks, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve system performance and satisfaction.
Support Launch & Adoption by partnering with Customer Success Managers for onboarding and integrations.
Drive Technical Resolutions by collaborating with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve escalated issues and prevent recurrences.
Build Strong Customer Relationships as a trusted technical advisor, offering best practices and recommendations.
