Overview

We are dedicated to providing top-tier talent solutions and are looking for a skilled Technical Staffing Recruiter to join our team. This is a Staff augmentation (Staff-Aug) role focused on temporary staff augmentation; we are seeking candidates with actual experience recruiting for contract roles, not permanent placements. This role may require onsite presence in Center City, Philadelphia 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top technical talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand specific job requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Work effectively with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to track and manage candidate submissions and performance metrics.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Staff-Augmentation, particularly working on Contract positions for enterprise-level accounts (not permanent placements).
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to effectively screen candidates for technical skills.
• Experience working with VMS and a strong understanding of ATS.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work onsite in Center City, Philadelphia 2-3 days per week.
