Job description

Location: Reading, PA (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)

Compensation: $34.00 – $36.00 / hour (Contract-to-Hire)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for 15–20 active IT requisitions simultaneously, spanning software engineers, data/AI specialists, enterprise architects, project managers, and technical leadership.
• Proactive Direct Sourcing: Headhunt passive technical talent utilizing advanced sourcing strategies across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Handshake, and specialized tech channels.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Lead strategy intake meetings, establish success criteria, manage candidate expectations, and deliver regular, data-driven pipeline updates to corporate leadership.
• Candidate Experience & Onboarding: Oversee the candidate lifecycle from initial screen through offer negotiation, background check compliance, and seamless onboarding.
• ATS Integrity & Compliance: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and data hygiene within enterprise ATS platforms, adhering to federal and corporate compliance standards.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3–5+ years of dedicated IT recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or blended).
• Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of direct sourcing and headhunting across software engineering, data science, infrastructure, and technical management.
• Volume Capability: Demonstrated ability to independently manage 15–20 open technical requisitions in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Technical & ATS Skills: High proficiency with enterprise ATS platforms (Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS) and modern sourcing tools.
• Education & Travel: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); willingness to travel up to 15% for recruiting events and university visits.
