Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 15+ years in Architecture or Interior Design with at least 5 years writing specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience in construction and construction materials.
• Experience with MasterSpec, Bluebeam, Word and Excel.
• Public speaking ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive project manuals based on information from Management Teams.
• Develop specifications and client-specific masters; support submittal reviews.
• Review complex documents with Management and mentor junior staff.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and industry standards and trends; respond to technical questions.
