You will source through multiple channels, conduct phone screens, and build strong pipelines for high-volume infrastructure and engineering roles, while meeting key metrics and utilizing AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• 2-7+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years preferred).
• Strong experience with Boolean search and advanced search string creation.
• Proficiency with ATS and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles.

100% Onsite Technical Sourcing Recruiter role based in Seattle, WA

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Technical Sourcing Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for infrastructure and technical positions. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while meeting aggressive recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage technical talent through multiple channels.
• Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring.
• Manage candidate submissions and recruitment data within ATS platforms.
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
• Complete a structured onboarding program and begin building active pipelines within the first two weeks.
• Consistently meet recruiting performance metrics.

Performance Expectations

• Achieve approximately 100 recruiting points per month
• Conduct around 20 onsite interviews per month.
• Complete 20-25 phone screens per month.
• Maintain high levels of sourcing activity, candidate outreach, and pipeline generation

Required Qualifications

• 2-7+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years preferred).
• Strong experience with Boolean search and advanced search string (keystring) creation.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-powered sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles

Pay Range:

• $35/hr. - $50/hr.
