Job summary

Polynt Composites USA is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Representative to support the Western Region, including CA, WA, OR, NV, AZ, UT, NM, CO, WY and parts of Canada. You will collaborate with sales, operations and R&D to deliver technical recommendations, trainings and product trials.

Responsibilities include health, safety and quality compliance, process reviews, and providing customers with timely support and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field; 2+ years of related industry experience.
• MS in chemistry or related field preferred.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent chemical management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Health, safety and quality compliance in accordance with regulations and Polynt CHP.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Deliver training to customers or Polynt staff; conduct demonstrations as needed.
• Manage product trials and document performance for internal teams.
• Perform process reviews and troubleshoot customer formulations and processes.
• Write call reports and customer letters after visits.
