Job summary
Flexcon is seeking a Technical Service Representative to support Key Strategic Accounts in Spencer, MA. You will provide expert guidance on material development, selection, processing and application design, coordinating with sales, product development and quality teams to drive new business opportunities.
You will develop cost-effective standard product alternatives, prepare quotes, and manage lab testing, trials and samples, while maintaining strong customer relationships and a focus on
Qualifications
- 4 years Business/ Technical/ Marketing Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Background in polymeric materials technology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on material development, selection and processing for Key Strategic Accounts.
- Prepare quotes and coordinate trial/sample orders with internal teams.
- Develop cost-effective standard product alternatives to replace non-value add custom solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Quality and Lab teams to drive new business opportunities.
- Support lab testing and interpret results to customers with clear communication.
