Job summary

ACM Chemistries, Inc. is seeking a Field-Based Technical Services Representative to support key accounts across the Midwest. You’ll troubleshoot, train, and optimize product performance on-site at customer facilities.

This role requires strong communication, mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the ability to manage a demanding travel schedule up to 70%.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; travel weekdays with overnight stays may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing, construction materials, or technical field service.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (overnight travel may be required).
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical partner for assigned accounts.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and optimize product performance on-site.
• Lead and monitor field trials.
• Inspect, calibrate, and maintain dispensing equipment.
• Build strong relationships with plant managers and operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand product utilization.
• Deliver in-person training at customer locations.
