Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Ability to identify and engage top passive talent across functions.
• Strong selling of value proposition and closing candidates.
• Experience designing or streamlining interview processes.

Responsibilities

• Find qualified talent via sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen candidates to match open roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes.
• Ensure follow up and closure for all interviewed candidates.
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates.
• Enhance recruitment process through training interview teams.
• Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress and keep data clean.
• Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience.
