Datadog is hiring a Recruiter for its Technical Solutions function. You will be the face of recruiting, the first point of contact for candidates, and play a critical role in identifying great talent and turning applicants into great employees.

We operate as a hybrid workplace, valuing collaboration and a strong candidate experience. You will source, screen, design interview processes, and close offers, leveraging Greenhouse to track progress and ensure an excellent interview experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting (2–5 years).
• Sourcing mastery to find top talent.
• Autonomous and able to handle multiple roles.
• Strong selling of value proposition, negotiation, and closing.
• Urgency in all stages of recruiting.
• Able to navigate evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Find qualified talent for open roles via sourcing, job posts, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen candidates to match qualifications with roles.
• Collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes.
• Ensure follow-up and closure for all interviewed candidates.
• Negotiate compensation with qualified candidates.
• Enhance recruitment processes through interview-team training.
• Use Greenhouse to track candidate progress and maintain clean data.
• Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience regardless of outcome.
