Job summary

BairesDev, a leading technology partner, seeks a Technical Manager. You will be the technical expert in conversations with leads and prospects, translating their problems into concrete solutions, team compositions, and proposals.

You\'ll collaborate with sales, delivery, and presales, shaping the value of our delivery model and providing consultancy on best practices across software engineering, AI, data analytics, cloud, or quality.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working in the SDLC building software with teams.
3+ years of specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience in at least one.
Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Meet with leads and prospects alongside the sales team, translating requirements into digestible documents and articulating the value proposition of our delivery model.
Travel to meet leads and attend events, acting as the technical expert showcasing our capabilities and approach.
Engage in technical conversations with leads to determine ideal solutions and team compositions.
Collaborate with presales on proposals, estimates, and team recommendations for potential clients.
Provide consultancy on best practices in software delivery within your area of expertise.
