BairesDev is seeking a Technical Manager to serve as the technical expert in conversations with leads and prospects, translating problems into concrete solutions such as role definitions and proposals. You will work with sales, delivery, and presales to articulate value and shape delivery strategies for software engineering, AI, data, cloud, and quality domains.

You will engage in technical discussions, collaborate on proposals, and help define optimal teams and project estimates.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building software with teams in the SDLC.
• 3+ years in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Experience selling technology outsourcing through pre-sales or sales teams.
• Subject matter expert knowledge in one or two verticals, with deep domain experience in at least one.
• Experience with Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to meet leads and attend events as the technical expert.

Technical Manager at BairesDev

In this role, you'll be the technical expert in conversations with leads and prospects, translating their problems and needs into concrete solutions shaped as role definitions, team compositions, project estimates, or proposals. Collaborating closely with sales, delivery, and presales, you'll articulate the value of our delivery model while providing consultancy on best practices across software engineering, AI, data and analytics, cloud, or quality.
