About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge client needs and BairesDev solutions, playing a critical role in the sales process by engaging leads and prospects, designing tailored technical solutions, and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to secure new business opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Meet with leads and prospects alongside sales teams to understand and translate their requirements into documents.
• Travel to meet leads and attend events, serving as the technical expert in conversations.
• Engage in technical conversations around software development and delivery at the solution level.
• Work on generating proposals and recommendations for software delivery approaches.
