Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write effective data and process documentation (including business and system requirements, business process diagrams and data flow diagrams).
• Detail oriented with the ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of a project and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet established deadlines.
• Appetite for learning new systems and technology for future incorporation or integration to the loan production solution set

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of solution requirements and implementation planning.
• Build relationships with business function partners and establish trust to support their needs.
• Enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot existing applications with team assistance.
• Prioritize project work and communicate constraints and dependencies to technology teams.
• Define goals, objectives, and constraints across business and technology teams.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with software vendors, including vendor selection and SLA management.
