Job summary

Qualifications

• Internship program provides learning across HR areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage new partner files including drug screening, background checks and onboarding paperwork.
• Update the HRIS Paycom web content.
• Assist with the performance management system.
• Assist with benefit administration.
• Assist with quarterly HR reports.
• Support employee relations investigations and timecard upkeep.
• Participate in audits of employee paperwork.
