Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and interest in event planning and administrative duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work with partners at all levels and independently on tasks.
• Good problem solving and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assists Executive Assistant and CEO with a variety of duties.
• Assists Corporate Meeting Planners in sourcing, planning, and onsite logistics of meetings and events.
• Use cost analysis to stay within budgets and control spend.
• Attend daily Administrative huddles to stay up to date.
• Answer telephone, take messages, and provide information as needed.
• Provide staff and outside customers with travel arrangements.
• Coordinate itineraries for recruiting meetings and training events.
