The Partner Services Specialist Intern role focuses on hardware/software provisioning, asset management, and end-user computing, offering hands-on exposure to IT operations and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 2- or 4-year tech degree or equivalent.
• Prior internships or work experience preferred.
• Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, Wireless, Firewalls).

Responsibilities

• Image, build and install PCs per standards and decommissioning.
• Manage inventory control center and tracking of all assets companywide.
• Collaborate with System Admins and Engineers on next-gen platforms and device upgrades.
• Assist in hardware/software request fulfillment process.
• Ensure work within service levels and department guidelines.
