Responsibilities

• Image, build and install PCs in accordance with department standards.
• Identify potential changes and process improvements for senior management.
• Manage inventory control center and tracking of all assets companywide.
• Ensure work is within service levels and department guidelines.
• Collaborate with System Admins and Engineers on next generation platforms.
• Assist in managing hardware and software ‘equipment’ requests.
• Collaborates with colleagues regarding incidents related to PC environment.
