Technical Solutions Executive, Construction

Position Overview

As a Technical Solutions Executive (TSE), you play a crucial role in the success of Autodesk Construction Cloud's suite of solutions. You will collaborate with ACS AMER Named Accounts and Account Executives to drive revenue and expansion, addressing our customers’ business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to close new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Develop technical expansion plans aligned with customer initiatives and Autodesk’s revenue goals.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding customer workflows and technical needs.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, deployment, and other teams to ensure successful solution implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage technical evaluations, solutions architecture, and product demonstrations.
  • Document customer pain points, decision criteria, and metrics in Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Participate in technical discovery and collaborate on strategic positioning of Autodesk solutions.
  • Mentor new TSEs and lead internal sessions on product strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in AECO and/or EPC industries.
  • Understanding of SaaS technology and sales processes.
  • Proven track record of successful projects and results-driven approach.
  • Strong soft skills, analytical mindset, and ability to distill complex workflows.
  • Passionate about industry innovation and team collaboration.

Additional Information

This is a remote role requiring travel to customer sites and Autodesk events. Reports to the Technical Sales Manager.
