Job summary

Artos AI is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between engineering and customer success. You will be the primary technical contact for customers deploying Artos in cloud environments or BYOC contexts, handling installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and scaling of the platform.

You will own customer documentation and work with engineering to resolve complex issues, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve deployment experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and debugging distributed systems.
• Experience deploying or supporting cloud‑native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Comfort with containers, networking, IAM, APIs and modern infrastructure.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical contact for customers deploying Artos in cloud or BYOC contexts.
• Help configure infrastructure, permissions, networking, and deployment requirements.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues during implementation and production use.
• Diagnose issues by tracing from symptoms to logs, infrastructure, and code.
• Own and improve customer‑facing technical documentation and guides.
