Job summary

ArtosAI is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to own the technical relationship with our largest enterprise customers in biopharma. You will collaborate with IT, security, and business leaders to map Artos capabilities to their landscape and identify how our platform solves strategic problems.

You’ll lead technical discovery, architecture reviews, and deployments from pre-sales through expansion, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solutions Architecture or related roles.
• Experience with complex enterprise software environments.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, authentication, networking, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience owning technical relationships with large enterprise customers.
• Ability to work with engineers to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationships with large enterprise customers.
• Architect and expand solutions across customer environments, advising on APIs, authentication, networking, and integrations.
• Lead customer initiatives: deployments, upgrades, SLAs, validation, and technical requirements.
• Help build scalable Solutions Architecture practices as Artos grows.
