Opcito Technologies is seeking an experienced Customer Success Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customers, understand technical requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive solutions from problem identification through resolution. This role operates at the intersection of customer requirements, systems engineering, software troubleshooting, and technical problem solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institution.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, solutions engineering, customer engineering, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and cloud integrations.
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure and cloud integrations.
• AD and User/Group management concepts in Okta or other Cloud/IAM platforms.
• Experience with Agentic AI, LLM-based applications, and MCP.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot complex system issues and drive solutions from problem identification through resolution.
• Work closely with enterprise customers and internal engineering teams; may visit customer locations for deployments and engagements.
• Independently debug and resolve issues after ramp-up; handle end-to-end ownership of technical troubleshooting.
• Learn and work with MDM and IDP integrations; travel to customer locations when required.
