You will shape data- and AI-enabled customer solutions, mentor associates, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success to drive adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting a software platform.
• Experience with Python, Java, C# or other server-side languages.
• Experience building with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL queries including joins and subqueries.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to design, debug, and document technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical principles to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on, high-energy problem solver who can lead others to success
• Knowledge of, or strong interest in, US healthcare tech is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide peer-to-peer mentorship and coaching to Technical Solutions Associates on the Developer platform and AI-powered capabilities.
• Support customer success with internal/external SME guidance on Elation’s Developer platform and AI tools, including RESTful APIs and automation services.
• Own and maintain technical workflow diagrams for customer integrations and internal use cases with a focus on reliability, security, and scalability.
• Develop templates and sample implementations to promote self-service and intelligent automation.
• Advise on data pipelines and queries to answer business and clinical questions.
• Lead or advise customer pilots and proof-of-concept implementations leveraging AI to reduce manual work for clinicians and staff.
• Collaborate with customers on technical design, integrations, and product features to meet business needs and adoption plans.
• Capture technical feedback to drive improvements across platform and documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Professional Services to deliver AI-enabled solutions.
• Champion experimentation and continuous improvement around AI and automation within Customer Services.
