Qualifications

• 1-5+ years in Engineering, data analytics, AI tinkering or related fields.
• Experience talking to people under pressure in support, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to write scripts or work with APIs (Python/SQL/JS).
• A portfolio of builds or shipped projects with outcomes.
• Strong customer-facing communication and trust-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer insights and surface patterns for Product discussions.
• Own escalations requiring seasoned judgment and AI-informed decisions.
• Configure AI within Elation's stack and build lightweight automations.
