Inspiren is seeking a senior Software Engineer to join the Intelligence & Integrations team in NYC. You will help scale data pipelines and build resilient integrations with customer EHR systems, turning raw data into actionable insights for clinicians and operators.

You’ll own architecture, drive AWS best practices, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product and data science to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of backend or full-stack development experience.
Strong AWS serverless and data streaming experience.
Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js, with API design
Experience integrating with EHR or healthcare systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Architect and scale core data models and APIs, moving toward event-driven systems.
Define best practices for integration, testing, and reliability to improve velocity and stability.
Lead customer integrations with third-party systems like EHRs, ensuring robust, well-documented APIs.
Mentor and elevate other engineers in distributed systems and secure development.
