Job summary
Tate & Lyle is seeking a Technical Service Account Manager to act as a technical advisor and sales representative for assigned accounts in the United States. You will translate client needs into tailored product solutions, collaborate with Innovation, R&D and Sales to communicate requirements, and present insights that demonstrate value while addressing concerns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Knowledge of relationship management, sales and a technical/scientific discipline within Technical Service.
- Ability to work independently and coach junior colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical consultant to develop product solutions matching client specs.
- Communicate client requirements to Innovation, R&D and Sales teams.
- Present technical insights and address client concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upsell using technical knowledge.
- Maintain detailed account records for relationship building.
- Contribute to customized sales strategies within the team.
