Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Supervisor to oversee a team providing administrative, process improvement, and financial function support to senior technical leaders.

The role sits within Engineering and Technical Services, delivering support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems, coordinating workload and guiding team members to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service. You will mentor staff, drive efficiency, and uphold CBRE's standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Forecast workload demand and project deliverables with technical leaders.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee daily workload and deadlines.
• Resolve conflicting priorities with business leaders.
• Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities.
• Develop new methods to improve processes and outcomes.
• Coach others and lead by example aligned with CBRE values.
