CBRE is seeking a Technical Manager to lead a team responsible for mechanical operations, maintenance, energy management, and workforce development across facilities and campuses.

The role focuses on providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs, with responsibility for building systems such as fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, while aligning with CBRE RISE values.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality and efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mind.

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules; mentor staff.
