Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in management or facilities operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance-evaluation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and evaluate staff performance.
• Coordinate daily team activities and scheduling; cross-train staff.
• Manage operations and maintenance for facilities and budgets.
• Improve preventive maintenance programs and maintain manuals.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, and vendors; oversee building systems.
• Communicate with tenants, clients, owners, and facility teams.
• Assist in acquiring new management contracts and review as-built drawings.
• Respond to emergencies and customer concerns; model CBRE values.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day issues in systems and processes.
