Job summary

Delaco Steel is seeking a Tech Services Representative in Michigan to ensure fast response and containment of issues, coordinating corrective actions across mills, internal processes and customer contacts. You will visit customers, report activities, relay problem details, and communicate status of new part launches while supporting quality and process improvement initiatives.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949, strong computer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience in similar industry.
• ISO & IATF 16949 knowledge and understanding is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment; specifically, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly and report on activities to support corrective actions.
• Provide information on customer problems and issues.
• Respond quickly to customer issues within 24 hours.
• Communicate status of new part launches to customers.
• Assist with disposition of material shipping to customers.
• Facilitate meetings on quality and customer concerns.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
