Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent years of experience.
• 4–7 years in customer service within manufacturing preferred.
• 2+ years in business/process improvement.
• Strong communication, problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work order entry and data coordination for production, shipping and receiving.
• Manage inventory and recovery issues.
• Verify production results in Oracle and report to toll customers promptly.
• Prepare settlement deductions and send to Metal Champion for approval.
• Transmit settlements and invoices to AP; report to suppliers.
• Record inbound/outbound loads in BEST Logistics system.
• Schedule inbound/outbound loads, invoices shipments, and maintain reports.
• Communicate with customers and support management with weekly/monthly reports.
