Job summary

Qualified candidates will have a related degree and at least 2 years in customer service or inside sales, with strong communication skills. Relocation is not provided; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years in customer service, inside sales, or industrial equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• MS Office and ERP familiarity (SAP or Dynamics AX) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and employee inquiries regarding replacement parts, repairs, and services.
• Prepare quotations and support customers through the order process.
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Process and manage customer orders using ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Provide order status updates and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Determine shipping methods and coordinate deliveries.
• Follow up on past-due accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and CRM records.
• Participate in sales, training, and team meetings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned projects.
