Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven leader to head AMER technical services and project management for a flagship enterprise client across US, Canada and Latin America. You will act as senior advisor to client leadership and drive strategic initiatives, capital delivery frameworks, and account plans.

Responsibilities include developing regional service strategies, leading business reviews, overseeing BCP/HSSE programs, optimizing asset management through CMMS, and ensuring KPI/SLA performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field.
15+ years progressive experience in facilities management and technical services.
7+ years in senior leadership roles managing multi-regional accounts with P&L responsibility.
Experience with enterprise CMMS platforms and asset management strategies.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Lead AMER technical services and project management delivery for a flagship enterprise client account across regional sub-accounts in the US, Canada, and Latin America
Serve as senior technical and project management advisor to client leadership
Direct high-profile strategic initiatives, capital delivery frameworks, and account plan initiatives
Develop and execute technical services and project management strategies across regional sub-accounts
Partner with regional account teams to identify growth opportunities and expand service offerings
Lead periodic business reviews and technical performance assessments with client stakeholders
Oversee AMER BCP and HSSE programs, including MOP, Work Approval, and Incident Response frameworks
Drive continuous improvement through innovation, JLL technologies, vendor consolidation, process standardization, and expanded service scope
Optimize asset management through CMMS implementation, predictive maintenance, and lifecycle planning
Ensure compliance with KPIs, milestones, performance metrics, and client SLAs
Oversee Technical Services support for Building Operating System programs
Direct technical support for establishing laboratory environments, intake processes, asset infrastructure databases, and tiered operational support models
Lead technical evaluations and reviews for facility builds, upgrades, system integrations, and compliance initiatives
Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture across regional teams
Establish KPI benchmarks, governance, and accountability frameworks
Attract, hire, retain, coach, and develop technical and project management talent
Build, mentor, and empower high-performing cross-functional teams
Align team goals with client business drivers
Champion firm culture, employee engagement, talent mobility, career progression, and succession planning
Identify and nurture high-potential leaders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
Minimum 15 years progressive experience in facilities management and technical services
7+ years in senior leadership roles managing complex multi-regional accounts and directing strategic initiatives
Proven track record in global account management with P&L responsibility
Experience with enterprise-level CMMS platforms and asset management strategies
Background in regulated environments such as laboratories, healthcare, manufacturing, or data centers
Proven leadership in complex, multi-million-dollar capital delivery frameworks and large-scale technical projects across international accounts
Deep technical expertise in evaluating MEP designs, commissioning plans, Project Briefs, and infrastructure handoffs
Extensive background in Integrated Facilities Management delivery, service standardization, KPI/SLA achievement, and vendor performance optimization
Advanced knowledge of Building Operating Systems, BMS remote monitoring, Building Automation/IoT, network security remediation, and Fault Detection and Diagnostics
Specialized operational command of mission-critical facilities and technical laboratory environments
Comprehensive capability in developing, testing, and maintaining BCP and disaster recovery programs
Strong expertise in risk management, HSSE regulations, quality management, and client assurance compliance
Proficiency in data analytics, CMMS platforms, predictive maintenance, and performance measurement tools
Exceptional client relationship management and executive presence
Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
Proven ability to influence and drive change across complex organizational structures
Excellence in cross-cultural communication and global team leadership
Ability to oversee multiple high-level projects and programs, provide effective summaries, and deep dive into technical issues
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
